1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Space2Code website, the PDF Scanner app, or any of our other products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About our services

Space2Code builds software, including our own SaaS products such as PDF Scanner, and provides custom development services to clients. This agreement covers your use of our public website and apps. Separate written agreements govern any custom development or paid engagement.

3. Your licence to use PDF Scanner

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use PDF Scanner for your own personal or internal business purposes, in line with these terms and any applicable app-store terms.

4. Acceptable use

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use them for any unlawful purpose or to process content you do not have the right to use.
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute our software except where the law expressly allows it.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, or use our branding without permission.

5. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the documents, scans and files you create or process with PDF Scanner. Because that content is handled on your device, you are responsible for it — including keeping backups and making sure you have the right to use it. We do not claim ownership of your files.

6. Our intellectual property

The Space2Code name, logo, website, app designs, and software are owned by Space2Code and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or content except as needed to use the services normally.

7. App-store terms

If you download PDF Scanner from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms. Where those terms conflict with ours for store-specific matters, the store's terms apply. The app stores are not responsible for the app or for support.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Always keep your own backups of important documents.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space2Code will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the relevant service.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access to our services if you breach these terms or use them in a way that could harm other users, third parties, or us. Terms that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
